1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of charteredadvisory.com.pk and, together with your written engagement confirmation, the services Chartered Advisory provides. By using the site or engaging us, you accept them.

2. Services and engagement

Professional services are confirmed in writing before work begins, with an agreed scope, fixed fee and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. We rely on the information and documents you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy and completeness, and for authorising submissions before they are filed.

3. Fees

Fees shown on this website are indicative. The fee that applies to your engagement is the one confirmed in your written quote. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in Pakistani Rupees as set out in that confirmation.

4. Website content and calculators

Guides, articles and calculators on this site are general information, not professional advice. Calculator results are estimates based on published rates and simplified assumptions; your actual tax position depends on your full circumstances. Always obtain advice specific to your situation before acting.

5. Chartered Books

Chartered Books is provided for maintaining your business records online. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the data you enter. We operate the service with reasonable skill and care; hosting-level database backups are the authoritative recovery mechanism. Chartered Books currently supports Pakistan/PKR books with one company per login.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or Chartered Books — including attempting unauthorised access, submitting unlawful or misleading directory listings, or disrupting the service. Directory listings are moderated and may be edited or removed at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and software of this website remain the property of Chartered Advisory or its licensors. Your business data remains yours.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
