Who we are

Senior financial expertise, made accessible

Chartered Advisory exists to give individuals and growing businesses access to genuine, senior-level financial help — without the big-firm price tag or the jargon.

01 — Precision

Right the first time

Numbers are checked, cross-referenced and reviewed before anything is filed. Accuracy isn't negotiable.

02 — Clarity

No jargon, ever

We explain what's happening and why, in plain language, so you always understand your own finances.

03 — Reliability

Deadlines are sacred

We track every FBR and SECP date so you're never caught out by a penalty or a missed filing.

04 — Discretion

Your data stays yours

Financial information is handled confidentially and securely, every step of the way.

How we engage

A defined engagement process, not an informal arrangement

Every engagement follows the same documented process, so you always know the scope, the fee and who is responsible for what.

Step 1 — Scope & quote

Confirmed in writing

Before any work begins you receive a written scope, fixed fee and timeline. Nothing is billed that was not agreed first.

Step 2 — Documents

Secure handling

Documents are exchanged over secure channels, access is limited to the people working on your engagement, and records are retained in line with FBR record-keeping requirements.

Step 3 — Review

Senior review before submission

Every return, registration and set of accounts is reviewed by a senior professional before it is submitted to FBR or SECP.

Step 4 — Confirmation

Written confirmation & planning

You receive written confirmation of every submission, along with anything you should plan for in the year ahead.

Professional standards

The standards behind the work

Let's sort your numbers out

One short conversation is all it takes to see how we can help.

Junaid Iqbal

CA Finalist · ACCA Finalist · Tax and Accounting Editor, Chartered Advisory

Junaid writes and edits the tax and financial reporting guides on this site. His background is in statutory reporting and financial accounting for large regulated businesses in Pakistan — IFRS application, group reporting and post-merger accounting integration — the kind of work where a presentation decision has to survive an audit rather than simply look reasonable.

Alongside that he advises businesses and individuals through Chartered Advisory on income tax, sales tax, SECP compliance and financial statement preparation, and works with overseas Pakistanis on cross-border tax positions.

He writes here on the areas he works in daily: the annual withholding tax rate card, Finance Act changes, sales tax across the federal and provincial regimes, IFRS 15 and IFRS 18, and statutory financial statement formats.

How these guides are produced. Every rate, threshold and deadline published on this site is checked against a primary source — the enacted statute, the relevant schedule or the authority’s own notification — before publication rather than carried across from a previous year. Where a figure cannot be confirmed, the guide describes the mechanism and links the source instead of guessing. Each guide is then reviewed by the Chartered Advisory team of Chartered Accountants before it goes live.
