Form No. 1 — Application for registration of firms

The application filed with the Registrar of Firms under section 58 of the Partnership Act, 1932, in the format used for Islamabad.

Every partner signs this form and each signature is witnessed. Names, CNICs and shares must match the partnership deed exactly — a mismatch between the two is a common reason a file is sent back.
