Affidavit — undertaking for correctness of information

The undertaking the partners swear as to the accuracy of the submitted papers, executed on Islamabad stamp paper of the prescribed value.

This is a sworn statement, not a form field. Read every clause before signing — particularly the declaration that no other firm or company is already registered under the proposed name, and the one confirming the commercial address falls within the zonal revenue limits of Islamabad.

AFFIDAVIT UNDERTAKING FOR CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION (ON Rs 50 STAMP PAPER ISSUED IN ISLAMABAD)

We, the partners of the proposed firm named "XYZ," solemnly undertake that:

  1. No other firm or company is already registered with the name "XYZ".
  2. The documents submitted for the registration are accurate and complete, and to the best of our knowledge, nothing has been withheld or omitted.
  3. We have no criminal record, either individually or jointly, and none of us has been blacklisted for any offense in the past.
  4. We commit that no lawsuit will be initiated against the Registrar of Firm Office Islamabad, whether related to trademarks, inter-partner disputes, or any other matter concerning the said firm
  5. We undertake not to launch any housing society either without approval from CDA/DMA or any other Government Regulator as specified from time to time under the name "XYZ" or in the same premises.
  6. The commercial address "ADDRESS WRITE HERE" provided is correct and falls within the zonal revenue limits of Islamabad.
